The Sudanese Doctors Union (SDU) was established in 1976 and was the first body to represent the Sudanese Doctors in the UK. For over 30 years we represented and brought together many generations of Sudanese doctors living in the UK and Ireland.
Through out our proud history, we adhered to our democratic values and traditions and continued to be independent, transparent and non-political. Our main objectives remain the welfare of our members in the UK and Ireland, and to take.
The Sudanese Doctors Union, United Kingdom and Ireland (SDU-UK&I) was founded in 1976. Since then, it has taken on different shapes and forms but its core philosophy remained unchanged. This is total commitment to the welfare of its members and their families during their stay outside Sudan, irrespective of their social and ethnic backgrounds, academic achievements and their political affiliations.
